1. Spread butter and honey on bread and toast each side in a frying pan on medium. 2. Toast both sides of both pieces of bread and set it aside. 3. Whisk eggs with heavy whipping cream. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Put cold butter in a cold pan to allow them to warm up together. 6. Turn the heat down to low/medium and pour in egg mixture. 7. Fold gently and frequently for a soft scrambled taste and texture. 8. Layer toast, Kewpie mayo, cheese, egg, bacon, cheese, toast. 9. Slice it diagonally and sprinkle parsley.
