Instructions
1. Whisk 6 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of flour in a saucepan until a dough forms, then set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk with instant yeast and allow to rest for 5 minutes. 3. Add AP flour, salt, sugar, and egg to the yeast mixture and transfer to a standing mixer with a dough hook. 4. Add the dough from the saucepan to the flour mixture and mix with the dough hook for 4-5 minutes. 5. Flour a working surface, knead the dough for another 2 minutes. 6. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle. 7. Spread black sesame butter over the dough, roll it up tightly. 8. Cut into 9 pieces and place in an 8x8 baking pan. 9. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes. 10. Drizzle with black icing made from condensed milk and food coloring.
