tbsp lemon juice

cup heavy cream

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp flour

cup sugar
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 4. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and mix until combined. 5. Sift in the flour and mix until just combined. 6. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan. 7. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is still slightly jiggly. 8. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. 9. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
